The material was developed with our team and our colleagues from a research laboratory in Japan.

Attention: The CEST Armor Ultra Pro clothing is certified as follows:

Certifications: DIN EN ISO 13688:2013 + EN ISO 13688:2013_A1:2021 (General requirements for protective clothing), EN 388:2016+A1:2018, Ökotex (AITEX 2025EP0132)

The ballistic CEST Armor Ultra Pro jacket, unisex cut, is woven from a hybrid textile (Armortex, UHMWPE, fiberglass).

• High ballistic holding power
• Various fragment protection
• Highest stab and cut protection
• It can protect the wearer from secondary fragments (small fragments, sand), minimize injury patterns, and reduce wound contamination.

This ballistic protection system is not equivalent to German SK 1-4 or US NIJ standard body armor.

This jacket is used as a supplementary protection, primarily against secondary fragments and explosively accelerated fragments such as dust, sand, and rock particles, which are common in IEDs.

This material has been tested according to EN 388 6.2-16 (highest cut protection level 5) and EN 388 6.2-16 (highest stab protection level 4 < 190 N !!!) by an internationally certified laboratory.

Test procedure:
A rotating circular blade cuts through the material at a constant speed and constant force (5 Newtons). For simplicity, the result is expressed as an index value. This value is calculated based on the number of cycles required to cut through the material and the degree of wear of the blade used.

EN 388 stab protection

A test nail (roughly the size of a carpenter's nail) is pressed onto the test specimen. How much force is required to pierce the material?

Protection level required force in Newton:
Class 0 0 to 19.9

Class 2 60 to 99.9
Class 3 100 to 149.9
Class 4 150+

Bite tests with service dogs (Malinois) have shown that no bite damaged the CEST® Ultra Pro fabric.

The great advantage of this cardigan is its comfort. Because it also contains spandex, the fabric is super stretchy and actually wears like a regular cardigan. It's light, thin, and soft, yet it's breathable and has excellent cut- and puncture-resistant properties.

Hunting and forestry:
We've received very positive feedback from hunters regarding the CEST Armor Ultra Pro clothing. According to their experience, our underwear is excellent for tracking and significantly reduces injuries from thorny bushes.

Furthermore, CEST Armor Ultra Pro is used in industry (metal and glass processing) due to its very good puncture and cut-resistant properties.

Attention: If the fabric is damaged, this clothing loses its protective function.

Important:
The fabric used in the CEST Armor Ultra Pro collection has outstanding technical properties.
But:
This material is not puncture-proof.

It all depends on the shape of the blade and the impact energy. Wearing Ultra Pro clothing can protect you from a knife attack or prevent life-threatening injuries.
