The fabric was developed with our team and our colleagues from a research laboratory in Japan.
The ballistic CEST Armor Shirt Ultra Pro, unisex cut , is woven from a hybrid textile (including Armortex, fiberglass, HPPE),
- High ballistic holding power
- Various fragment protection
- Highest puncture and cut protection
- It can protect the wearer from secondary splinters (micro splinters, sand). Injury patterns are minimized and wound contamination is reduced.
This ballistic protection system cannot be equated with protective vests of the German SK 1-4 or US standard NIJ.
This underwear is used in addition. Mainly against secondary splinters and fragments accelerated by explosion such as dust, sand, rock particles that often occur in IEDs.
This fabric has been tested according to EN 388 6.2-16 ( highest cut protection level 5 ) and EN 388 6.2-16 ( highest puncture protection level 4 ) by an internationally certified laboratory.
Cut resistance (COUP test): Category 3
Test procedure:
A rotating circular blade cuts across the material at a constant speed and constant force (5 Newtons). The result is given with an index value for simplification. This value is made up of the number of cycles required to cut through the material and the degree of wear of the blade used.

A test nail (about the size of a carpenter's nail) is pressed onto the test specimen. How much force is required to pierce the material?

Bite tests with service dogs (Malinois) have shown that the CEST® Ultra Pro fabric was not damaged by any bite.

The big advantage of this shirt is the wearing comfort. Since spandex is also used, the fabric is super stretchy and actually wears like an ordinary undershirt; is light, thin and soft; it is still breathable and has the best cut-resistant and puncture-resistant properties.

We received very positive feedback from the hunters regarding the CEST Armor Ultra Pro clothing. According to their experience, our underwear is ideal for tracking and keeps injuries from prickly bushes to a minimum.
Furthermore, the CEST Armor Ultra Pro is used in industry (metal and glass processing) due to its very good stab and cut-resistant properties.
Important:
The fabric used in the CEST Armor Ultra Pro collection has outstanding technical properties.
But: This fabric is not puncture-proof.
It always depends on the shape of the blade and the energy of the impact. Wearing Ultra Pro clothing can protect you in the event of a knife attack or prevent life-threatening injuries.
