which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
Problems retrieving your order?
You can also declare your withdrawal directly by email. Please include your name, your order number, and whether you want to withdraw from the entire contract or only specific items. For both sides, submission using email address and order number is generally more convenient and therefore recommended.
